Sign in to delete your account

The fastest way to delete your account is to sign in and do it yourself — it takes effect immediately, with no waiting for anyone to review it.

Resetting your password proves the account is yours and gets you straight back to the step above. This works even if you originally signed up with Google.

Or delete it in the mobile app

If you have the CoachSpace app installed, you can delete your account without visiting this page:

1. Open the CoachSpace app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Can't sign in at all?

If you no longer have access to your email address, or you're the only owner of a club and deletion is blocked, submit a request below. We'll email the address on file for the account to confirm it's really you, and our team reviews every request before anything is deleted.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth
• Your profile photo and bio
• Your emergency contact name and number
• Your password and your ability to sign in
• Your memberships and roles at every club
• Student profiles on your account, including children's names and dates of birth
• Your referral codes
• Coach teaching records and availability, if you coach
• Any invitations still waiting for you

What we keep, and for how long

A few records stay behind, attached to an anonymised account that no longer carries your name, email or any other personal identifier:

• Class bookings and coaching records, so your clubs keep an accurate booking and financial history
• Waivers you signed, retained as a record that the signature was given

These are kept indefinitely as part of the club's business records. They cannot be traced back to you once your account is deleted.
