Terms of Service

What CoachSpace is

CoachSpace is a software platform that helps sports clubs manage scheduling, class bookings, members, and coaching operations. The clubs, coaches, and classes offered through the Service are run by independent organizations — CoachSpace provides the software, not the coaching or training services themselves. Your relationship for classes, pricing, cancellations, and refunds is with your club.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Bookings for younger athletes should be managed by a parent, guardian, or club staff.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app or website, or by contacting us (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Bookings and payments

• Class bookings made through the Service are agreements between you and your club, subject to the club's own pricing, cancellation, and refund policies.
• CoachSpace does not process payments. Payment records in the Service (such as payment status or proof-of-payment images you upload) exist to help you and your club track payments made outside the platform.
• Contact your club directly for questions about charges, cancellations, or refunds.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person, or access someone else's account without permission.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape it in an automated way.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload to the Service (such as profile photos, booking-form responses, and payment-proof images). By uploading it, you give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. Please only upload content you have the right to share.

Sports activities and waivers

Sports and physical activities carry inherent risks. Any waivers or liability agreements you sign through the Service are between you and your club. CoachSpace is not responsible for the conduct of clubs or coaches, or for injuries or losses arising from activities booked through the Service.

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" — we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users — where reasonable, we will notify you first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachSpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or CAD $50 if you have paid nothing).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and significant changes will be announced through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
